Six Pack Abs (How To Really Get them)

1 - Eliminate Fat to get six pack abs.  

You will not have visible six pack abs if you are fat. When fat covers the abdominals, it eliminates all visibility to the actual abdominal muscles. Thus, no six pack abs.

2 - Abdominal Exercises for six pack abs.

To get a six-pack, you will be working on your abs six days a week. The program is as follows:

Monday - Wednesday - Friday six pack abs routine

These are the hard days. These days you will do three sets of a continuous abdominal routine. Spread each set at least 15 minutes apart or you may throw up. I prefer to combine my abs with my lifting, doing a set of abs every twenty minutes over my hour workout.  There is a routine for when you are working out with a partner and when you are working out alone. When doing the routine with a partner have them stand on your toes. If you are alone, place your feet under a couch or another large object that will not move. Sliding your toes under forty to fifty pound dumbbells also works. All exercises are demonstrated in the video below. The video goes over the routine with a partner, but can be transferred to the routine to be done alone. Full routines listed below video:
