Six Pack Abs (How To Really Get them)

Photos matter in online dating. Adding a photo showing off your six pack abs will greatly improve your online dating results. Even if you don’t give a damn about online dating, here is a surefire method to get six-pack abs with two steps:

1 - Eliminate Fat to get six pack abs.  

You will not have visible six pack abs if you are fat. When fat covers the abdominals, it eliminates all visibility to the actual abdominal muscles. Thus, no six pack abs.

There is no such thing as spot fat reduction. To lose fat in your stomach, you must lose fat over your entire body. This is not a weight loss post, yet to lose weight you must consume fewer calories than you burn…

Jogging, sprinting, jumping rope, lifting weights, eating less, juicing fruits & vegetables, and much more has been shown to help in aiding weight loss.

2 - Abdominal Exercises for six pack abs.

To get a six-pack, you will be working on your abs six days a week. The program is as follows:

Monday - Wednesday - Friday six pack abs routine

These are the hard days. These days you will do three sets of a continuous abdominal routine. Spread each set at least 15 minutes apart or you may throw up. I prefer to combine my abs with my lifting, doing a set of abs every twenty minutes over my hour workout.  There is a routine for when you are working out with a partner and when you are working out alone. When doing the routine with a partner have them stand on your toes. If you are alone, place your feet under a couch or another large object that will not move. Sliding your toes under forty to fifty pound dumbbells also works. All exercises are demonstrated in the video below. The video goes over the routine with a partner, but can be transferred to the routine to be done alone. Full routines listed below video:

This are the easy days. We have three quick sets of one exercise, the abdominal vacuum. Do three sets of twenty-second holds. Rest a minute or two between each set.
