I am no guru. I am not attempting to sell you a product. I am telling you how I plan to raise my testosterone levels while traveling over the next four months.
I will not be taking a blood work test before and after. That’s not in my budget. I will report back with results as to how I feel, strength gains, libido, etc. Obviously, these will just be my thoughts not facts due to the lack of raw data.
Anyway, I will be taking a four month trip soon and plan on incorporating these practices into my day-to-day routine in order to maximize my experiences. Working out, working online, taking Spanish lessons, interacting with the locals, seducing women, and exploring the countries I visit will keep me busy. My goal is to keep my testosterone levels as high as possible to ensure laser focus, high energy levels, and high drive throughout the trip. And to counteract the negative effects of binge drinking…
Here’s how I plan to naturally increase testosterone while traveling:
While I will have my own apartment for a majority of my trips, I will be staying in hostels on occasion. No matter where I sleep, I want to get a great night sleep and wake up energized for the day ahead. I have always had trouble sleeping and now take a cocktail of supplements before bed. All these supplements are natural and non-habit forming. Here’s what I will be taking:
Melatonin is for helping you get to sleep faster. ZMA has been shown to raise testosterone levels by helping you get deeper sleep and adding extra Zinc to your diet. Matt Forney recommended 5-HTP. I have not tried it as of yet, but already ordered a bottle.
Staying In Shape
I’ll be joining a gym for a majority of my travels. I will be lifting weights an average of four to six times a week. The minimum number of days I will be lifting in one week is four days. I plan to improve my physique while traveling. I will be following this program
I plan to focus on complex lifts that require heavy weights. Lifts like the bench press, squat, and deadlift will all be incorporated into my workout regime daily. Any exercise that works a multitude of muscle groups will increase my testosterone.

- Perfect push-up workout
- Dips (chair or park)

By following this plan, I believe I should be able to improve my physique while being on the road for 4 months. It’ll take discipline, but I know my testosterone will stay high if I’m in great shape.
I plan on bringing my juicer on the trip. Fuck traveling light!
When I am settled down and have an apartment, I will make my own juices with fresh veggies and fruits. When I am in more of a travel mode staying in hostels and hotels, I plan on finding a juice bar if possible and grabbing a juice daily.
My plan is to make a juice similar to this recipe daily:
- 1 beet
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 apple
- 3 carrots
- 1 pinch of ginger root

I had no idea your posture could have an effect on testosterone levels, but after reading these posts by Mike I knew I needed to incorporate posture work into my fitness routine.
I sit down in front of a computer screen to work anywhere from 5-8 hours a day. So every hour on the hour I make it a point to do a set of these:
Traveling and partying can take a toll on a man no matter how prepared he may be. I plan to take a few supplements to make sure my energy stays high through the trip. Here is my supplement plan:
For general health and well-being, I plan on taking a multivitamin. I have no idea how my body may adjust to the diet and nutrients in the countries I’ll be in. I plan on taking this multivitamin to make sure I get ample nutrients. This is one of the best multivitamins I have found and is reasonably priced.
Fish oil has been shown to have positive effects on testosterone production along with a bevy of other benefits. I will be taking this kind of fish oil. In the past, these have also worked well for me.
Tribulus has been said to increase testosterone although there is no study on humans that has proved the benefits. I personally can notice a difference when I take it. I mainly use tribulus in times when I may be having more sex than I can handle in one day. Tribulus seems to help me go a couple extra rounds when needed.
The savior of the Roosh V Forum, apple cider vinegar is a do-it-all supplement. Apple cider vinegar can raise your testosterone, boost your immune system, and keep your skin glowing. But it tastes like piss…
*My plan is to supplement once in the day and once before bed. I’ll take the apple cider vinegar once or twice a day after a meal.
Not looking forward to this way to increase testosterone while traveling as I haven’t had the discipline to incorporate cold showers into my day-to-day life while in the States. Still, there may not be hot water where I’ll be sometimes so I might as well make this a habit.
And cold showers work! Cold showers will naturally elevate your testosterone levels when done on a frequent basis over a long period of time. This is because for proper testosterone production to occur in your genitalia, your testicles must be a few degrees cooler than the rest of your body. The cold shower simply jump-starts the process of keeping your testicles a few degrees cooler than your body for the whole day.
Sex. No Porn. No Masturbation.
While cold showers may be my least favorite way to increase testosterone while traveling, this method of raising testosterone is my definitely my favorite. Having sex with a woman raises testosterone levels through the roof. Your body subconsciously knows and desires to reproduce. When you have sex with a woman, your body knows you are using some of your sperm. So your body naturally begins to refill those resources as quickly as possible because from a biological perspective your body wants to reproduce.
By having more sex, you instruct your body to produce more sperm and more testosterone. If the body only produces more sperm, you may not have the drive to deliver that sperm properly. The body knows this must be avoided and makes sure to produce extra testosterone as well to ensure you have the drive and energy to deliver.
The opposite is true of masturbation and porn. Your body knows when you are wasting you seed and does not bother to refill the lost treasure as quickly. Avoid porn and masturbation when attempting to raise your testosterone. So to ensure I increase testosterone while traveling, I will be having as much sex as possible while avoiding all porn and masturbation.
If you eat shitty food day to day, then you have found the number one cause of your low testosterone levels: your diet.
Diet plays a large role in all aspects of your life and testosterone production is no different. I plan to eat as healthy as possible while traveling. My goal is to cook breakfast in the mornings, have a juice mid-afternoon, and eat whatever I like for dinner. I will also drink a whey protein shake everyday. Here is my meal plan:
- For breakfast, I will egg four eggs and some type of carb. Eggs contain high levels of cholesterol and fat. Increased fat and cholesterol intake can raise testosterone naturally.
- For dinner, I will eat what I want. I plan to try and stay as healthy as possible while avoiding too many sugars (no dessert!).
If I need to snack, I plan to grab some raw almonds and a few Brazilian nuts. Both of these nuts can aid in testosterone production.
Increase Testosterone While Traveling
